Born in Monterrey, Mexico. He received his law degree in 1991 from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. In 1990 he joined the law firm at which he is now and since 1999 a Partner: Paramo, Fernandez, Najera y Rodarte Abogados. He has ample experience in complex litigation matters of diverse nature, mainly oriented to civil, commercial and criminal matters, and collection matters. He is Litigation Of Counsel of J.A.
