Mr. de Leon has experience in diverse corporate matters, including international arbitration.

Mr. de Leon is currently in a leave of absence while he is pursuing a post-graduate degree on a full-time basis.
He has experience in diverse areas of corporate law, such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, contracts, business start-ups, international trade and arbitration.
Collaborated in the development of arbitral awards for cases performed before several arbitration courts such as the Arbitration Court of Madrid, the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Court of Arbitration.
Worked on several due diligence processes with the objective of restructuring private companies.
Experienced on real estate research involving the applicable legal requirements for business operations’ start-ups.
Litigation experience in civil, constitutional and family law.

Before joining J.A. Treviño Abogados in 2010, he performed internships in a variety of private and public legal offices, both in Mexico and abroad.
