Born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He received his law degree in 1982 from the Centro de Estudios Universitarios in Monterrey, Mexico. In 1985 he founded and is to date a Partner at Díaz y Asociados Consultoria Laboral S.C., and is fully experienced in corporate labor matters, of both individual and collective nature, including union matters. Among other honorary positions, he is founding partner of the Colegio de Abogados Laboralistas de Nuevo Leon A.C., in which he served as Chairman from 2000 to 2001, and is a professor of several law schools and a commonly-referenced speaker in Labor Law. He is Labor Law Of Counsel of J.A. Treviño Abogados since 2005. Language: Spanish.
